DotEasy/Website Problem & Solution

Recently when I uploaded my site to DotEasy I could not view it. I kept getting error messages.
To solve the problem;

Place the site folder inside the public.html folder on DotEasy
In Firefox go to ftp.(domain), in my case it was ftp.adamg3.net
Here you can Click and Navigate through the server like a Windows Folder.
Open the public.html folder. Open your site folder.
Click the Index page to open it.
Now you can see an address for the site.
Mine was ftp://ftp.adamg3.net/public_html/edit532/index.html
I converted that to
adamg3.net//edt532/Index.html
Make sure to type double after the .net or .com
If I don't type /Index.html or type /index.html or /index it doesn't work.
Hope that helps.

This site allows students to experiment with RGB and HSV color values.
Students gain a better understanding of how both color coding systems work,
and what actually happens when you add/change one of the values.
When color correcting an image, they would more easily recognize
a color cast to the image, and know how to fix it.

Webquest

I think this is a very real and common practice in schools. I think one of the primary obstacles to a task like this is time, in two senses of the word. The people conducting the task must have enough time to complete the task, while also taking care of their various other responsibilities, and each group member needs to have enough time in a given week to work on the project regularly and keep it fresh in their minds.
I also think you'd have to be careful about when in the program this project is conducted. Not all members of the program would be equally prepared for these tasks. It might be a good idea to conduct some kind of survey, to find out what skills various people in the class have, and use that information to make sure every group has at least 1 person with every skill necessary to complete the project.
Examples would be an important aspect of this project. Students need to have a solid idea how much length and depth is expected of them.
Overall I think it would be a strong project, but students would need to have a clear idea of the quantity, quality, and pace expected of them. In many cases students might not have much experience carrying out a project like this, and might misgauge how much time a given step or process requires.
